PhysioWorks is located at ReFresh Fitness, on the South East side of Ipswich 10 minutes from the town centre, close to Ransomes Industrial Estate and Ravenswood.

From Ipswich town centre follow the A1156 towards Felixstowe along Fore Hamlet and Bishops Hill. At the top of Bishops Hill turn right on to Nacton Road. Continue until you get to the large roundabout at Ravenswood. Take the 1st exit on to the A1189 along Ransomes Way. At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit into Central Avenue. At the next roundabout turn left into West Road. At the end of West Road at the small roundabout turn right into K-line House car park (free of charge). ReFresh Fitness is situated on the left.

From the A14 take junction 57 and follow the A1189 towards the town centre. At the Ravenswood round about take the 3rd exit along Ransomes Way continuing on the A1189. At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit into Central Avenue. At the next roundabout turn left into West Road. At the end of West Road at the small roundabout turn right into K-line House car park (free of charge). ReFresh Fitness is situated on the left.
